Behind of The Taylor's Songs

Pagi menjelang siang ini aku nggak sengaja nemu postingan tentang cerita dibalik lagu2 Taylor Swift yang awesome banget!  Sama kaya pikiran aku sebelumnya kalo sebagian dari lagu2 yang di nyanyiin si princess ini pasti hasil dari pengalaman pribadi dia. Awalnya aku iseng mau nyari makna dari lagu Taylor yang berjudul "Forever and Always" karena menurut aku lagu ini nyentuh banget kalo sekilas kita lihat dari liriknya. Waktu searching2, ternyata, nemu sebuah blog yang nyeritain tentang beberapa lagu Taylor Swift beserta alasan atau cerita dibalik lagu2 itu. Dan ternyata juga lagu2 Tay di album Speak Now (2010) merupakan hasil dari ciptaannya sendiri loh.

Well, untuk para swifties, selamat membaca. Semoga semakin membah rasa kekaguman dan kecintaan kalian pada sosok Taylor Swift ~

» Tim McGraw
Taylor merupakan fans beratnya Tim McGraw. Bahkan Taylor juga bilang kalo Tim itu adalah salah satu orang yang menginspirasi-nya dalam bernyanyi. Jadi lagu ini diciptakan untuk Tim McGraw

Dulu, sewaktu Taylor masih sekolah dia pernah suka sama cowo yang namanya Drew. Tapi sayangnya Drew cuma nganggep Tay sebagai temannya.

Lagu ini ditulis Taylor pada saat dia berusia 13 tahun. Bisa dibilang kalo sewaktu nulis lagu ini Tay tuh lagi ngalamin masa pubertas, alias masa untuk menemukan jati diri.

Lagu ini ditulis oleh Taylor untuk mantan pacarnya “Joe Jonas (Member Jonas Brothers). Lagu ini menceritakan tentang kekecewaan Tay sama Joe yang (menurut saya) nggak gentle. (Alasannya) karena Joe memutuskan Tay hanya melalui telfon yang hanya berdurasi 00:27 detik!

Hampir sama kaya’ lagu “Teardrops”, lagu ini juga menceritakan hal yang sama, dan (mungkin) masih orang yang sama.

» Fifteen
Sesuai judulnya, lagu ini diciptakan Tay sewaktu dia masih berumur 15 tahun. Lagu ini bercerita tentang kehidupannya di usia 15 tahun bersama BFFnya Abigail. Bahkan, dalam Video Klip nya, Taylor meminta sahabatnya Abi untuk jadi modelnya.

» Mine
Lagu ini dicipatakan Tay untuk mantannya Jake Gyllenhaal (saya lupa nama panjangnya). Kaya’nya sih Tay itu cinta banget sama Jake, gitu juga sebaliknya. Bahkan Jake pernah ngehadiain berlian mahal waktu Tay ulang tahun. Tapi sayangnya mereka putusss. Gak tau alasannya apa.

Another (sad) love songs. Lagu ini dicipatakan Tay sebagai permintaan maafnya untuk sang mantan pacar, yaitu Taylor Lautner. Banyak swifties (fans-nya Tay) yang nganggep kalo mereka berdua (double Taylor) itu serasi. Tay meminta maaf kepada Taylor Lautner karena Tay ngerasa dulu sewaktu mereka masih pacaran, Tay gak bisa ngeluangin banyak waktunya buat Taylor Lautner.

Lagu enchanted diciptain Tay buat Adam Young (Owl City). Ada gossip (dikalangan Swifties) yang beredar kalo Adam itu sebenernya naksir sama Tay, tapi gak tau kenapa Tay gak mau jadi pacar Adam. Lagu ini romantis banget. Ntah apa maksud Tay nyiptain lagu ini.

Lagu ini juga pernah di-cover sama Adam loh. Dengan lirik yang hampir sama, Cuma ngerubah beberapa liriknya, seperti lirik

Lagu speak now bukan atas pengalaman pribadinya. Tapi lagu ini tentang sahabatnya. Jadi Tay itu punya sahabat yang merupakan vokalis band terkenal yang berinisial P. Sahabatnya Tay itu pacaran sama salah satu personil band P. Setelah mereka putus, sang mantan menemukan wanita lain dan menikah. Nah lagu ini menceritakan tentang perasaan sahabat Tay waktu mantannya mau menikah.

Dua lagu yang berbeda, tapi ditujukan kepada orang yang sama, yaitu John Mayer. Taylor nggak pernah pacaran sama Mayer, tapi dulunya mereka sempat dekat. Dan ntah kenapa akhirnya mereka berpisah.

What a good song! Lagu ini mampu membangkitkan motivasi. Karena lagu bercerita tentang bagaimana masa lalu Tay sewaktu di sekolah. Dulunya Tay sering di-bully temen-temennya. Mereka suka ngejekin Tay. Tapi pada akhirnya orang-orang itu sekarang malu. Karena ternyata orang yang dulu sering dihina berubah jadi seseorang yang seperti sekarang.

» Better than Revenge
Waktunya balas dendam. Lagu ini dibuat Tay untuk pacar barunya Joe Jonas (pada waktu itu) yang namanya Camilie … Wajar sih kalo Tay sempat kesal dengan mereka berdua. Karena setelah Joe mutusin Tay dalam waktu 00.27 detik, keesokan paginya dia udah langsung nggandeng cewe baru. Ckckck…

Innocent dicipatain Tay buat Kenya West. Ingat kejadian itu kan? Waktu Kenya ngehina Tay abis-abisan di depan umum. Buat yang belum tau, cek video ini Bad Kenya. Sewaktu tau Tay nyiptain lagu ini, Kenya marah besar, tapi Tay gak perduli. Toh, orang lain juga udah tau gimana kasarnya Kenya ke Tay.
